12oz bottle into a Tumbler glass
Best before 11/22/11 Drank 11/27/11
A- Pours a dark orange brown with 1 finger worth of off white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Good amount of carbonation streaming up from the bottom of the glass. Not much lacing other than small alcohol legs on the side.
S- Tons of bready malts and yeast with a strong yet faded spicy earthy hop aroma.
T- Bitter earthy hops up front that give off a nice spice and grassyness. Behind that is a lot of biscuit like malts and sweet bready yeast. Would love to try this fresh because it's obviously super faded.
M- Medium bodied with moderate carbonation and a nice bitter finish.
