12oz bottle poured into a Perfect Pint.
A - Pours a dark amber, deep red color and builds a 1.5-finger, creamy white head. Doesn't stick around for the party though, and the lacing is minimal. Poured into a Perfect Pint and can see a constant trickle of carbonation rising from the nucleation point. Very clear.
S - Predominant nose for the Nosferatu is hops and malts. Perhaps a tinge of caramel, sticky molasses. Very earthy. Bouquet is heavy and reminds me of a double IPA. Quite enjoyable.
T - Taste is hop-forward with the earthy undertones swarming in afterward. Malty, bready, thick. Complex in that it's hard to distinguish individual flavors but with a tone that comes together nicely that prevents it from coming off as too muddled. Very slight alcohol vampire bite at the end that entices the drinker to indulge again.
M - A medium-bodied ale that has nice carbonation as noted above. A bit sticky.
D - A very drinkable beer. I'm nearly done tasting my first bottle of this and I'm surprised it went as quick as it did. Not heavy, but I can myself wanting to move on to something else after a few of these due to the high hop character. Extremely happy I went with my urge to pick this one up.
