A: Clear, red-orange color, small head. Lace is spotty. Looks inviting.
S: Quite an array of aromatic goodness here. Deeply sweet, tangy, and spicy with mouth-watering citrus, caramelized apple, biscuit malt, honey, and various other fruit. Slight woody musk in the mix as well. All combined makes for delightful sniffage.
T: All of the above with increased caramelized sweetness. This beer is multifaceted. Deep and dark flavors (caramel, malts, wood, leaves, purple/dark red fruits perhaps) with an edge of brighter, brisker flavors like orange, lemon, grapefruit rind, and perhaps hot red pepper? I may be going out on a limb for that last one...
M: Dense, full feeling body with a medium body-like ease of consumption. Feels heavy, soft, and clean. Light bitter tingle via hops and carbonation through the finish. Very pleasant.
O: This is a very good beer.
