12 oz bottle poured into my snifter. Best by date is five months from now, so hopefully this bottle is less than a month old.

A - really interesting, but not necessarily to my liking. LEM pours very light and settles deep orange, a pretty profound transition. The foam from the forced pour recedes slowly leaving a nice, sticky looking film to cover the top. However, the beer is almost totally opaque from the floating sediment, something which I don't really care to see at all.

S - good, pretty sweet and sticky hops at first followed by an interesting mix of vanilla and sugar that one would normally detect in an English BW. There's something unpleasantly metallic on the end of the nose, but it doesn't bring the quality down too much.

T - wow, really interesting. A floral and sweet hop burst is followed by intense bitterness for less than a second or so. The lasting impression is honey and sugar on the back end, making this beer again more and more like an English BW. However, the bitterness and sweetness are a little intense.

M - nothing too bad here. The carbonation and alcohol create a balanced drinking experience, and the sweetness coats your throat in an interesting way. Again, it drinks more like an English BW, so it's a little chewy and syrupy.

O - LEM is really an interesting drinking experience. I'd like to try some more at some point, but I don't think more than one in a sitting.
