12oz bottle, best by 5/17/11, poured into a combo weizen/pint glass.
A: Pours a just slightly hazy yellow-golden-amber (more yellow or more amber depending on the light source behind it), with a finger of foamy white head, excellent lacing, and a good supply of carb bubbles streaming from the bottom of the glass.
S: Light sweet malts with a decent amount of grassy hops present; smells much like a maltier pilsener.
T: Nice balance of bitter hops and sweet malts here; picking up a ton of bready, earthy, and grassy flavors. I don't want to say it's mild, though it's not particularly intense; a great beer for almost any occasion. Lingering grassy finish.
M: Light-medium body with lively carbonation, and a moderately dry finish.
D: Great beer, goes with almost anything... I've probably had this more than any other craft beer (at sporting events, when introducing people to craft beer, and more)... no complaints about that.
