Rich golden color, brilliantly clear. Pours a nice creamy white head with good retention.
Initial aroma is a bit of DMS/corn, but once that clears, just a very faint malt aroma and quite clean.
Taste something unpleasant that seems to be somewhere between meat and apple cider. Minimal maltiness, and becomes significantly bitter by the finish. Almost as though it is a slight bit oxidized
MF - Medium body and high carbonation. Carbonation is a bit harsh, but not quite astringent.
Harsh to say, but really tastes like a bigger, more bitter American macro lager to me. A bit of a disappointment given how beautiful it was in the glass.

A: As the name suggests, it pours a bright gold hue with a small amount of carbonation. Thin head that doesn't much lacing if at all on the glass.
S: A little to be desired. A faint bready-grain wiff. Maybe some cereal. It's a pilsner, can't expect too much.
T: Extremely well balanced. The cereal is more assertive at first and then comes the sweetness from the malts. In the end, one can get a slight taste of booze, but it pairs well with the cereal.
M: Full-medium bodied. A little creamy from the carbonation. Leaves behind a small film in the mouth.
O: A simple but awesome pilsner by an always reliable brewery. There's nothing super extravagant about this beer, but it's pegged down the basics and it's done it well. Personally, I could drink this all day it's so smooth and good. If you're wanting to get into the pilsner style, start here.
