A- pours a bright and clear golden-orange color with a huge foamy white head that retains long after the pour, leaving thick patches of lace all around the glass
S- lots of spicy and peppery notes up front from the rye, hops profile is primarily citric with farm lemon, the malt is biscuity and takes a back seat to the spiciness of the rye
T- bold juicy citrus hop notes with traces of grapefruit juice and lemon rind, a touch of pine in there also. Spiciness of the rye provides a peppery flavor mid-palate tht transitions to a toasted-bread malty finish, more citrus hop with a sweet-yet-dry linger
M- medium body with moderate carbonation, slightly foamy mouthfeel with a smooth finish
O- full of hop flavor, but filled with enough rye to compete and just enough malt to balance it out. Solid Rye IPA
