Poured into pilsner, very nice carbonation and a full, resilient foamy head. Light yellow like apple cider or a rich champagne.

Smells strongly of grains, corn, and hops. Some depths of bread and biscuits, very grassy/earthy aroma.

Tastes of corn mostly, crisp enough to enjoy, finishes with mild hops and fizzy bubbles. Taste isn't entirely too complex, in fact, it kind of reminds me of a light macrobrew. Frankly, it is a rather simple beer.

Beer poured from bottle into a Pilsener Glass

A - Nice straw-hay colored body; pours with a very small amount of head (white); moderate amount of carbonation; good amount of lacing

S - Straw aroma; nice lager (airy) scents; malted barley; touch of spice

T - Mild malted barley flavor; very good hop taste; bitter

M - Mild bitter hop aftertaste (lingers for a bit); effervescent

D - Easy drink; could have quite a few of these during the summer; fantastic pilsener taste

Bright golden to off yellow the head was bright white and vastly carbonated.

The scent is not particularly interesting by there is some dank or old malt aroma. Cereal malts are lightly put to the backdrop with some low lying hops.

For as uninteresting is the aroma the taste is quite the contrary. An almost lemony malt flavor permeates a grain, barley and rye. The barley is more prevalent but it makes the Pilsner flavors more alive.

The feel is quite easy, sessionable and light on the palate.

For as average as this set up it finished strongly and may be my new session beer.
