Great Lakes The Wright Pils brewed by Great Lakes Brewing Co. with an ABV of 5.3%. This brew pours out a nice amber color with a small white head. The Wright Pils is a filtered brew you can see right thought it. The smell is nice and clean with some grains. The tastes is nice and crisp with a clean refreshing finish. The Wright Pils is a nice balance brew there is nothing overpowering in this brew. Mouthfeel is nice this brew goes down smooth. Over all I'm giving this brew a 3.75 out of 5.
I would buy this brew again.

Bright and sunny yellow colored beer.
Delicate lacing left behind on the sides of my glass.
Good looking beer.
The aroma is mild. Grassy, some grains.
Sweet at first, thin malts, some floral hop bitterness and finishes dry.
Mouthfeel is awesome. On the light side of medium. Crisp, refreshing.
Watery enough to be refreshing, but not too watery to be weak or bland.
Great Lakes always seems to have a slightly higher ABV than comparable beers of the same style.
Overall, A Great Pils.
Only downside is this beer is a little pricey,

Great Lakes The Wright Pils from Great Lakes Brewing Co. , my 1st Czech pilsner. As a 4th generation Slovak, this is kind of a big moment for me. I am proud of my Bohemian heritage and chose to honor it with a brew crafted(no pun intended) in my home state. How fitting. Poured from the bottle into a glass, the Wright Pils has half finger head with loose, flowing lacing. Body is yellow with mild carbonation.
Smells floral, slightly citrusy(yes I know its not a real word). A faint welcome of grains as well. This just generates images of summer in my head!
The initial taste is, you guessed it, slightly floral and citursy. A slightly bitter aftertase with a dry finish. Just as promised. So THIS is what my great great great grandparents unwound with. This is about to be my go-to summer brew, above all.
Mouthfeel gets a high performance 4.25 . Dry, yes; entirely literal, no. I mean, this would make my worries melt away on a humid- as-all- fuck 85+ degree day in the Ohio summers. This brew makes me all the more proud of my ancestral heritage. You bet your bottom dollar I will buy this brew again.
