A. Copper colored with a very nice 1" off white head that laces well.
S. Tropical notes of mango, pineapple and citrus. Gives off just a hint of dankness and alcohol.
T. Tropical hop notes on the nose carry to palate with a nice hit of pineapple and citrus. Pine then makes an appearance along with creamy malt. Finishes with lingering bitterness. Hides its lofty alcohol content well.
M. Body and mouthfeel are best described as "big". Well constructed.
O. Sans Eddie Fitz and Nosferatu, this is about the only other Great Lakes beer to impress me. Still, there is something about the overall flavor and aftertaste that gets a bit tiring and is keeping me from buying multiple 4-packs.
