Pours a fuzzy golden yellow with a lot of carbonation. There is also a small head that leaves quickly. Tiny bit of lacing.
There is a little hint of ginger. The smell I picked up on the most was was the bread dough and wheat. Like fresh, right out of the oven. Oranges.
I was a little deceived by the drink as I was expecting a normal Witbier taste. I was greatly and pleasantly surprised that it was almost a dark witbier. It had an almost roasted flavor to it. Like the smell I picked up on more oranges. Aftertaste is slightly hoppy.
Full bodied. Heavy. Not a lot of carbonation detected.
Like I stated earlier, I was expecting a normal witbier but the darker surprise was awesome. I will definitely be buying these again.
