This pours very light orangish with a hint of green. Some light fluffy head on the edges, and it laces just a bit. There is a bit of setiment on the bottom of the bottle, which I swirl and add to the glass. The addition is cloudy, but not ugly nor clumpy. It is very smooth. Viewing this brew is looking at character.
Smells good, of sweet bananas and bread.
Mouthfeel is nice and creamy. It lasts through the finish.
This is a real attractive taste. Bread. Grass. Citrus rind. Really drinkable.
The finish is full and rich. It ends with a hint of orange. As the last drop is dispappearing there is a hoppy bitter edge, maybe just a slight hint of pine, that to me clashes a bit (which is why I dropped the rating to 3.5, otherwise it would teeter between 4 and 4.5). I don't really expect that for the style - but I may be wrong on the comparison. Judge for yourself - if you like the hop bite, you will LOVE this beverage.
This is one brew that really offers a lot. I recommend trying it if you can find it.
