I visited this place while being in Gotha for work, so I had to go on my own. The weather was very good, so I just stepped in to see the equipment, which looked very nice. The brew kettle and cooking kettle were made of copper and were shining. Everything looked very compact. Fermentation rooms were behind glass and was all made of stainless steel.
Outside on the terrace I first ordered the Schwarzbier which I found to be just a little out of style, but still very drinkable. I had some fajita which tasted very good. The menu existed of mexican food, steaks/meats and fries, which all looked very good on the other tables. Then I had a pilsener which was IMO a bit too bland, but still a decent beer.
There was another beer on the menu, called Bernsteinbier, but this was not available. They could increase the amount of beers, I think.
Service was very nice and friendly (and pretty good looking), German speaking only and sometimes it took a long time to deliver what was ordered.
The prices are very good, for a main course 6-8 euro (5-7$), which is inexpensive.
So, a very nice place to visit when you are in Gotha.
