Three year old can. Bought in the same 4 pack as the He Said Pumpkin Porter a long time ago. I didn't rate that beer but remember as being okay. Surprised how well this held up. Was better on first drink, fades really fast as it sits in the glass. One of the dirtiest beers I ever had. Looks like a gold orange snow globe with the amount of floaties in it. Strong pumpkin scent more than anything. Taste is weak tripel characteristics with a pumpkin presence. They balance off each other well. Thin feel, kind of watery, mild for a high abv. Don't remember being too impressed with the first can of this, but I'll give it extra points for still being this good a few years down the road.

This was poured into a chalice. The appearance was a light hazy orange color with a slim one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute. Ample amount of light lacing glosses around the glass. The smell had a light spiced apple/maybe ginger and super light pumpkin spice in a sticky cinnamon sort of way. The taste was mainly the same with a sticky sweet pumpkin to apple aftertaste with a sticky finish. On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body. It was somewhat sessionable. There’s a decent sticky sweet to spicy finish that’s nice. Overall, I say this was a good tripel dedicated to Autumn. Yeah, I would bang this again.

Poured into a pint glass.
Appearance: A hazy light golden straw. Thin off white head that goes to a lacing.
Smell: A light scent of yeast and pumpkin.
Taste: Pumpkin is much more prominent than smell. Some sweetness and ginger.
Mouthfeel: Medium body and a lot of carbonatioin.
Overall: An average beer overall. I did not like it at first, but it is growing on me. A little light on the flavor. I would have it again.

A hazy orange color, with a half finger head of white foam.
Smells of clove, vanilla, pumpkin, brown sugar, and squash.
Taste follows suit, pumpkin/banana flavor up front, wanes as it sits in the mouth.
Mouthfeel is moderately thick and cloying, low carbonation.
Overall, interesting but not necessarily my taste.

Aroma is very spicy and mild vegetables. The flavor is spices/cloves, Belgian yeast, slight tropical fruit/citrus, white bread/malts and a mix of mild heat, alcohol and tart/sour in the finish.

Poured into a small narrow glass: color is straw gold, a little dense looking; head bubbles are small and dense with some light lacing on the glass.
Smell is primarily a subtle blend of pumpkin spice, clove is prominent with some ginger; there is a touch of banana and maybe clove from the yeast aromas.
Taste is similar to the aroma with the not overpowering pumpkin spice in the forefront with clove and ginger, then some light yeast off flavors with banana most notable; the malt profile compliments these subtle flavors.
Mouthfeel is pleasant, a balance of dry and sweet with the spicy dryness cleaning up the malt and fermentation sweetness.
Overall, since this brew is located in a the tripel style it has been reviewed as such, but i could see this leaning more towards the pumpkin ale style and getting better recognition.
