Six pack from Peabody's in Boone, NC. Poured into a shaker pint on Christmas Eve... (from notes)
A: Golden copper; light beige head; leaves some rings of crystally lace.
S: Citrus; floral hops; light malt sweetness; not crazy hoppy, but has a nice aroma.
T: Nice citrus rind hoppiness; grapefruit; grassy; lightly piney; nice array of hop flavors backed by a clean bready maltiness.
M: Medium-bodied; moderate to high carbonation; very crisp and clean finish, even with the hop bitterness.
O: One of the more drinkable IPA's I've had; so clean and almost refreshing.
Serving type: can
