A - A mammoth billowing chunky and airy light tan colored head that settles in at about three fingers worth... Excellent retention... A glowing golden hony color... Still with only stray carbonation bubbles... Loads of lacing clings to the sides of the glass...
S - A stellar nose that it a collision of malt and hops where neither dominates... Honey... Caramel... Graham Crackers... Grapefruit... Tropical fruits... Some faint candied sugars...
T - The pull and push of the malts and citrus hops are at the forefront... The hops win out by a nose... Ahint of tobacco... A hint of menthol... A nice piney hoppiness lingers on the finish...
M - The richest creamy head touches the lips first... Then you are treated to the sleekest smoothest IPA that has ever touched my lips... Goes down very easy... Nicely done...
D - Forget quaffable, this is down right gulpable... One of the easiest drinking IPAs that I've come across... A very welcome introduction to the folks at 21st Amendment... Definately not a powerhouse IPA or a world class example, but there is something about this one that keeps me wanting more... Seek out and enjoy... This may be my new staple IPA... Delicious...

Had at Bar of Soap Asheville. Served in a pint glass.
A- Pours a light amber color with a 3/4 inch off-white head that retains well before settling at an 1/8 inch. Resilient thick sheet of lacing.
S- Sweet smelling hop aroma with plenty of fruit notes like orange and grapefruit. Slightly grassy.
T- Flavor is a bit more malt forward than expected but there's a decent balance between its sweetness and the bitterness of the hops. The bitterness is moderate and doesn't linger long. ABV is hidden pretty well.
M- A tad oily with medium carbonation and a lightish body.
O- I remember liking this more when I wasn't as into beer as I am today. Still a decent IPA that's plenty drinkable.

Served in a pint glass at Estelle's in Boston.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that is for the most part still there. It is a pale orange color with great clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Super frothy lacing as the beer was drank.
Smell: Tangerine, grapefruit, floral bouquet, mango, passion fruit, grass, and a little pine with some caramel and toasted malts in the rear.
Taste: Same as above with some super mild tingly bitterness in the rear.
Mouthfeel: Easily drinkable, medium bodied, a little chewy, mild bitterness, and a bit smooth.
Overall: Draft or can. Irs all good. Wish the couple of times I've been to SF to see the Sox that I didn't walk by the brewery. Next time I promise

Poured into a cheater pint from the well crafted can.
A: Gold and hazy, some carbo with a thick rocky two finger head which goes on for days and then near the end settles into a thin disk of a few millimeters.
S: Juicy. Musty grapefruit. Some yeasty spices. White pepper.
T: This is where this beer is shining. Some musty, juicy grapefruit and that white pepper subside to a very gentle pale malt and some bready yeast. Very pleasing and well rounded flavors play and dance, it is not a wave that is predictable. It flits in and out with all these notes randomly.
M: smooth and creamy. That persistent rocky head said it would be this way! bittering is so well balanced that you almost think that it might just pop over to that overtly bitter note but it never ever does.
O: this just became a staple of moderate ABV in the canned selections when I can find it and it's not lawnmower beer time. Great juicy IPA.
