I'm enjoying these cans from 21st Amendment...
Poured into a pint glass, with a nice finger and a half of head, looks moderately carbonated, and has a pretty standard lighter copper color to it.
The smell is alright. Breadiness to the malt with some floral, citrusy poking just over it.
Definitely a strong malt backbone. Initially sweet and a bit funky, with an almost sour bread flavor coming through. All the while, you get lightly biting grassy hops and a not-too-bitter grapefruit taste. The mouthfeel is smooth and refreshing, with a moderately dry finish. Citrus and dry bitterness on the finish.
All in all, very pleasing, a little unique thanks to the malt profile, and definitely not a bad IPA. Cheers.

A-Thin white head. Orange, rich amber body.
S-Nice aroma of citrus and hops. Faint pine.
T-For me, the taste is desirable. A nice balance of hops, citrus, and pine.
M-Crisp, nice dense carbonation in the mouth, medium bodied.
O-This is a very good, middle of the road IPA, in terms of drinkability. Not too light, not too strong. Very drinkable.
