Served in a footed sort of chalice (think Stella Artois glass) at the brewpub.
A: A finger and a half of creamy head. Clear amber, great head.
S: Hoppy and aromatic. Lots of citrus, but not as complex as I expected from "five hops".
T: Delicious. This is an Imperial IPA, dripping with flavor and strength. Lightly carbonated, very piny, and quite bitter. West Coast, but (sort of) balanced by light, almost biscuity malts. Cascade seems prominent. Dry, lingeringly bitter finish.
M: No complaints here. Solid.
O: Strong. Imposing. Bitter. Straightforward. Recommended for those who enjoy IPAs, not if you don't. I do. Would have again, but I probably won't think about it.
Serving type: on-tap
