A burgundy, red copper beer with a creamy head.

Smell is tart with red fruit and a light malt and straw undertone.

Taste is quite tart at first, but this quickly fades into the other flavors, like red fruit, cherries and raspberries. Bitterness is low. The yeast holds the middle between fruity flavors and lactic acid and barnyard, horseblanket. It is a complex mixture. The alcohol is invisible, which makes the drinkability quite dangerous. Great beer! (457 characters)
