Poured into the obligatory tulip, this beer is extremely cloudy, and very light yellow in color. Nice lace. The aroma is of sweet lemon cake, and candied oranges.
What flavors! Hay and grass are complemented by orange and lemon, finishing dryly. A slightly bitter hop flavor is the last thing I taste. The mouthfeel is creamy and smooth. The carbonation is lively and adds to the lightness of the mouthfeel. The drinkability is limited only by how many botlles one has.
This is what I would want after mowing the lawn on a hot summer day. Forget the supposed 8% ABV. I'm not noticing it. As I progress through the glass, the sour, funky notes become just slightly more noticeable.
