Pours out a pale yellow and sits a light golden color in the glass. Nice fluffy white head sits atop this majestic looking beer. Loads of yeast float around the bottle, and after rolling, mixes a bit more around the whole bottle.
Smells strongly of spices and herbs, filled with citrusy notes and light, mild fruits. Yeast penetrates throught the background and is accompanied by some mild medicinal notes. Overall, it's a very inviting aroma.
Tastes all over the board. Bready/yeasty characteristics make up the body of the beer, but are accompanied by those herbal that give much pleasure to my tounge. Citrus is only mild in the flavor, tangerines and clementines would define this taste. Apples, peaches, nectarines and strawberries come out near the end, which is dry and cracker like with a nice bitterness.
Mouthfeel is clean, smooth and surprisingly full in form. Not a big bodied beer, but it is far from thin. Easy to drink, as both flavor and aroma combine to make this experience one to remember. One bottle is enough to please, but a second is very tempting.
