750 ml green bottle, probably from Voldby Købmandsgaard. ABV is 6%. Hazy golden colour, huge white head. Strong aroma of spicy / peppery, herbal and grassy hops. Distinct hoppy flavour, fairly dry, strong peppery and herbal notes, bitter finish.

Pours sunny yellow with a big white head. Smells of wheat, lemons and spices. Wheaty, sour beginning soon makes space for an upcoming refreshing, grassy hop bitterness. Great hoppiness lingering till the end, dry hopped freshness with only a little bitterness supporting the floral flavors and giving this beer a pleasant medium body. Has a very dry finish, and is an overall easy to drink harvest beer.

Appearance - Great lacing. Golden with bright, white head. Nice.
Smell - Plenty of Bavarian/ noble hops on the nose -- definitely more than usual which is exciting. A strong aroma of fermented lemons and pineapple. Lots of funk: plants, marijuana, grass and citrus. Most of this would have been less funky and more floral the fresher the bottle, but this has sat a year. Not offensive in any way. Coriander, sourdough and
Taste - Very clean. Less complex than expected after experiencing the aroma. Sugar comes to the forefront rather than the hops and then stronger, clean bitter notes at the end. Honey, pineapple, pilsner malt, grassy, sourdough bread/ white bread, white peppercorn, pine, grapefruit, orange zest and coriander. Tangy and bitter.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied. Most felt on the upper portion of the mouth and bitterness on the back, near the throat. Clean and easy drinking; not heavy.
Overall - A nice Belgian IPA. Not quite as adventurous as I hoped, but balanced and delicious nonetheless. I would really like to try a freshly bottled 2013 or 2014. This would most likely be much better without aging. Overall, a delicious Belgian IPA/ Saison.

750ml bottle served in a tulip glass.
A: Pours a cloudy dark yellow to orange. Dirty water style. Forms a big fluffy aired white head. Low retention and no lacings left
S: Malty and hoppy. A bit fruity with some notes of orange. Sweet caramel. Crystal malts. Bready and veeery earthy yeasts. Strong belgian character. Very flowery hops. Citric and herby
T: Slightly sweet upfront. Intense hoppy bitterness. Strong notes of pale malts, crystal malts. Notes of orange. Very bready and earthy yeasts. In overall, a dry taste with a considerable bitter sting
M: Light watery taste. Fainty carbonation. Malty and hoppy aftertaste
O: Good drinkability. Nice beer but I was expecting a bit more

Pours a hazy golden yellow color with an off white head. In the aroma, Belgian like yeast and mellow hops. In the taste, earthy hops and Belgian like yeast, with a water feel. A bitter hop bite and medium bodied mouthfeel, with a semi dry earthy hop and a touch water like aftertaste. Mellow hops for what I was expecting, decent, but a bit watery. Easy to drink and enjoyable, but just above average.

Smooth mouthfeel. Light yeasty taste with a mild hoppiness. Drinkable and fun stuff, thanks Josh R. I would like more hop impact, blame the importers for the length of time to getting it here? Very faint hop aroma arising from the yeast. Thick looking liquid.
