A: A medium amber with a good bit of orange and reddish highlights and excellent clarity. There isn't a lot of head but it is long lasting with an off-white ring around the glass that leaves a some lacing in the glass.
S: A moderate amount of German Malt like Munich with a crusty bread aroma. The lagering is pretty clean leaving no esters or phenols. There is a low Noble hops aroma. It's almost a bock meets marzen.
T: A rich malt flavor with a firm hops bitterness and a moderately-low spicy Noble hops flavor. The balance is slight bitter with the moderate hops bitterness dominating the light malt sweetness. The finish is dry with a slight bitter and crusty bread aftertaste.
M: Medium bodied with a moderately-strong carbonation. The beer is somewhat crisp with a carbonic dryness on the palate>
O: A refreshing yet somewhat substantial lager that would pair well with german sausages and sauerkraut.

LOOK: Pours a light brown or dirty copper color with a frothy head that has good retention. Some lace is left behind on the glass and the brew exhibits decent clarity.
SMELL: Bready, hoppy, soft caramel, malty. As it warms the malts come out more with more toffee, brown sugar and caramel.
TASTE: Firm malt notes with plenty of caramel and toffee, Bitterness is mild and the hop character is leafy, herbal and maybe a slight lemony citrus. Kind of has a noble thing going on. Agreeable amber lager that reminds me alot of an English pale ale for some reason, but this is far more bready.
FEEL: Medium bodied with a fuzzy mouthfeel from a high level of carbonation. Finishes with a bit of malt and bitterness rinsing the palate.
OVERALL: A good American Red Lager here from Lakefront that would not be out of place in my fridge. Malty, bready lager beer that drinks easy and has pretty solid flavors.

On tap at our hotel in Milwaukee.
The beer is dark copper with a mild haze and sports a half inch off off-white head. The aroma bring caramel malt, bread, grain, a hint of sweetness and mild alcohol. Perhaps a touch of citrus in the flavor with a light bitterness in the finish. Pretty drinkable, though the beer itself is rather bland and uneventful. Ok...
