From a fairly fresh bottle, less than two months old.
Poured a hazy deep-gold beneath a short-lived head of white. Streams of tiny bubbles can be seen quickly rising from beneath. The moderate, gently crisp carbonation becomes airy, or cottony, as it warms in the mouth, combining with the medium body to leave it creamy smooth across the palate. The flavor offers a healthy dose of grainy malt infused with grassy hops, and livened by a thread of yeasty fruitiness. A firm bitterness lies beneath, revealing itself at mid-palate, and then fading fairly readily in the finish, leaving behind a dull, acrid note amidst some fading, lightly-honeyish malt. While not exactly a Pilsner, and more of an American blonde, Klisch Pilsner offers more in both the malt and hop category while still remaining very accessible. Prost!

Clear golden hued, transparent at bottom, vague haze at top, covered by a slim, white head, which doffs it's cap and bids adieu in a trice.
Nose is spare, floral, lightly lemony and herbal, subtly hoppy, feels just right for the style.
Mild entrance on the palate, good malty feel...doesn't impress at first, but I warm up to it more as I drink...gets tastier, nice, bright flavor, decent texture.
good "lawnmower" beer, "hedgetrimmer" pils, "weedpuller" lager, whatever you want to call it. Citric feel follows through in the finish, feels quite nice in the mouth.
Not a favorite style of mine, so I probably won't revisit this, but do recommend it to those so inclined.

Bottle poured into pilsner, two finger off-white head, poor retention, and pale gold in color

Mouthfeel was thick and slightly rough

Smell: grain, barley, wheat, and hay

Taste: Biscuits, hops, rice, and noble hops at the finish. Overall, this is a good beer. However, I highly doubt I would buy a six pack. But, I will have to say that I'm excited to try this brewery!

Out of a bottle this beer was a cloudy golden color with a good amount of rising carbonation. The one-finger, snow-white head retained fairly well but the lacing was thin. The aroma was of floral hops, sweet malt, wheat and hints of wildflowers and citrus. Very appealing! The flavors were crisp and very dry with distinct citrus hops. There was a twang from the wheat, understated pilsner malt and an unusual bitterness, especially on the finish, that threw it off. The mouthfeel was smooth, the body medium and the carbonation a bit prickly.

A: The gold colored beer has bit of chill haze in it. There is a light dusting of sediment in the bottle so don't stir up the yeast with an overly enthusiastic pour. A persistant, rocky white head.

S: Pilsner malt and a spicy German hops. There is a slight sulfar aroma that quickly blows off and is common with Pilsners. There is a slight grainy note and a faint bit of diacetyl otherwise a nice clean lager aroma.

T: A moderately-low pils malt sweetness and moderate hops bitterness is smooth. The moderate hops flavor is spicy. The aftertaste is a balance of hops and malt flavors past the dry finish. The balance is somewhat bitter. No fruity esters.

M: medium bodied with the diacetyl adding the perception of some weight with a slight slickness. The carbonation is moderate.

O: An enjoyable Bohemian Pilsner that is very food friendly. It's a moderately hoppy beer, not IPA hop-head pleasing but good no the less.

Slight hazed dusty gold color, tall frothy white head, immediate distinguishes to a skimming and the lace sticks in some strings and spots. Aroma is dullishly sweet with a pale biscuit-like maltyness, clean, crsip, a bit of grassy spiced hop profile underneath. Taste is pretty good, crisp, clean, nice balance of slightly sweet and pale malts, white breads, and a lightly spiced hop with a bit of grassy tone to it. Feel is about medium with a lighter carbonation yet crisp and semi-bold, dryish finish with some sticky sweetness residuals leftover. Not a bad brew at all, a nice drinker from the folks at Lakefront.

Got as part of an eight pack assorted set. IT had your traditional bubbly gold pilsner color and a light bubbly head. And had that slightly bitter smell of a pilsner.

Crisp and light, this is a solid pilsner. Not too bitter, goes well with everything. Doesn't necessarily stand out, but certainly a good drink.

12 oz bottle into a tulip. (Purchased directly from the brewery.)

A: Very slightly cloudy. Honey gold with sunny yellow tones. Lazy carbonation. White foamy head falls quickly.

S: Grainy with sweet fruitiness in background. Slightly spicy hop aroma.

T: Grain bill plays main role here. Drinks like a full flavored saison (spicy) with a little sweet wit-like note.

M: Med-high carbonation. Dry finish. SLight oiliness.

D: Sessionable and uniquely tasty. This is a delicious example of the style. Really decent.

Pours a lovely gold with a tall white head. The head doesn't stay long, but there is some nice lacing.

Pleasant aroma, but a bit weak. Very sweet, almost wine-like malt smell with a bit of hops.

Nice tasting but again, a little weak. Bitter and a little fruity at first, unfortunately, a lot of the good flavors fall away as soon as it starts to warm up.

Good mouthfeel, nice and solid for the style, not too watery at all. Nice balance of carbonation.

Very drinkable. A good session beer or craft cross-over. Fairly simple, not too strong, but still tasty.

Before I review this I really haven't found too may Pilseners that I love.
A - Glorious clear yellow in color. Can see yeast sediments which reminds me of old miller.
S - Slight grass and grain. Very earthy and balanced.
T - Well it was ok for the style. Really sweet which saved the mostly dominant grain aspect. The yeast was sort of off putting.
M - Very light (5.4 really?) expected a light beer but got full bodied. Very nice.
D - Again drink ability is average due to the only case of this beer found was well over a year old yet drinkable. Would probably pass by it in a singles shop.

Appearance is a flat-colored hazy yello, halfway between canary and gold. Head is nice; big smooth and white. Carbonation hurries upward.

The smell is sharp German Kolsch malt. Slightly flowery hop; hint of bitter citrus.

The taste is sharp hops that are bitter but in a flowery, perfumey way. Flavor is juicy, with notes of orange, lime and tangerine. Has the acidic taste of o.j. Different and nice.

The feel is fizzy and thick like orange juice. Almost pulpy. Substantial for sure. It's a solid, heavier Kolsch pilsner. Bitter, acidic, juicy.
