On-tap, my house.
A clean deep, reddish-amber in the glass with a large creamy off-white head that holds on strong all the way to the bottom, coating the glass in a thick layer of lace.
Smells slighly fruity, good citrusy hop presence giving off oranges and grapefruit. Some traces of spicy, herbal hops as well. Thick caramel-infused maltiness.
Tastes fairly sweet, big, doughy malt character. Lightly toasty with bits of caramel and light traces of nuttiness too. Vibrant floral character and subtle herbal hops lending a faint hint of grassiness and topped with a sold layer of citrusy hops. Oranges and tangerines are found everywhere. Finishes with a good even bitterness, very mild.
Creamy smooth and silky in the mouth. Delightfully easy to drink and inherently quaffable. Well done.
