This is part of a selection that BOTMC delivered to my doorstep. Direct from Beertown, USA, let's give it a whirl. Popoing the top I get a big grapefruit smell with a tart maltiness. On the pour into my ideal beer glass, I get a slightly cloudy orange yellow with a medium bubble foamy head with a pillow top. On the taste this brew has a hop bite but it's right up front and disappears fast, leading into a malty, yet hop zesty middle and a continued zesty finish that lingers with a tart bitterness in the aftertaste. Appears to be alot of dryhopping and some early hops but not too much in the middle. That's ok though as the brew is flavorful and quite refreshing. Hopping is bitter flat and most definitely IPA style and flavor. A good brew, not the best IPA as it doesn' hit the bullseye but it hit the target.

A- Very nice copper-amber color with some real nice thickness, not clear at all. Very appetizing beer.
S- Smooth blend of citrus and hops. The citrus overwhelms the hops just a bit.
T- Again, the citrus is a bit overtaking of the hops, but a real smooth blend. It has a mild sour taste that lingers with the after taste.
M- It's a happy beer, simple mix, the everyman's IPA. Much like Milwaukee, not over the top, but impressing for some difficult to understand reason. I very personable beer. No one attribute makes this beer, it's just a very good blend that isn't made for everyone, like some IPAs.It's fresh, and opening.
Overall, being from Milwaukee I'm a bit biased, but honestly say it's not my bottom bitch. I love everything Lake Front offers, and this is a staple beer for me I can pick up and enjoy anytime, very versatile. This beer can fit into any outing, party or situation. Great outdoors, fine sittin' around, goes great with pizza, is nice with a fancy pasta...probably not a steak but whatever...I would suggest this as a top tier IPA for anyone.
