Poured into tulip. Bottled week 2 of October 2011.
A - Slight haze to it. Golden in color with a small white head.
S - Pleasant wheat malt, not pouring out of the glass. Some mild flowery hops.
T - Sweet fresh wheat malt with a tingle of some yeast. A pleasant hop bitterness to cleanse the palate.
M - Light to medium body. Nice creamy moderate carbonation. A little bit of sweetness comes across well appreciated.
O - Straight forward clear view of what a gentle fresh summer brew should be. Doesn't overstep boundaries and be a wild adventure, just a relaxing quaff.

I would rate Wheat Money right around what I would rate 312 as far as wheat beers go. I've had Wheat Monkey in a bottle and from the tap.
A- Has a golden-brown appearance, very similar to Green Line.
S- Has a distinct smell of sweet wheat.
T- Has a earthy taste of wheat with a hoppy finish.
M- Has a smooth beginning with nice viscosity.
I would recommend this beer with fish, burgers, steak, pretty much anything. Isn't too overpowering and wouldn't take away from the taste of any foods.

A: The beer is hazy straw yellow in color and has some fine yeast particles visible floating in suspension near the bottom of the glass. It poured with a short white head that rapidly died down, leaving only a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Faint aromas of wheat are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell in that it has flavors of wheat with additional notes of bready malts and slight bits of associated sweetness.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink but doesn't have much in the way of aromas or interesting flavors.
