A. Cloudy with a straw yellow color. Head of three fingers that breaks fairly fast for a hefe.
S. Grain, grass, funk, yeast - exactly what you'd expect.
T. Wheat, mixed grains, spice, and hints of earth and banana. Finishes nice and crisp with a lingering aftertaste that quickly invites you back for another sip. Outstanding.
M. What I want in a sessionable hefe - light bodied with nice carbonation.
O. Dancing Man used to be my go to summer hefe but no more. This is one damn fine beer that packs a crap-load of flavor with a low ABV for great sessionability. Nicely done and well worth seeking out.

I had this beer on-tap in a big taster glass at Oregon Brewers Festival.
Appearance: a very pale straw hue with a tiny hint of haze and a light effervescence. Not too bad.
Smell: lightly refreshing wheat aroma with a tiny hint of sourness. Not bad.
Taste: mild flavor but with a very refreshing wheaty character. More of an American pale wheat ale than a hefeweizen, but I like it nonetheless.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a light carbonation that nontheless develops a nice creaminess.
Overall: this is a highly drinkable wheat beer; I could definitely see it being a summer staple.
