As others have said this is definitely the brewery tour to take while in Milwaukee (with all due respect to Sprecher). I have gone on this tour several times over the past 8 years and enjoyed their fish fry a couple of times.

Atmosphere: The brewery tours are a blast, even though they no longer have the original Bernie the Brewer slide from old County Stadium. All of the tour guides are hilarious and educational. The Friday Fish Fry is also a great time and the polka band only adds to the fun.

Quality: I have to give their beers a slightly above average rating because some are lacking. I think they have definitely raised the bar with the new IPA.

Service: Good service considering the amount of obnoxious people are being served samples. Also, the fish fry can get quite hectic and I haven't had a bad server experience yet.

Selection: Oddly enough, the selection could be better. I have never been on a tour when all of their beers that are currently in the stores and bars are available at the restaurant. But their overall selection is good.

Food: The 2 times I have had the fish fry everybody goes home happy.

Value: $5 for at least 4 beers?! That is great value in my book. Plus you get a pint glass and if you save up your tokens from bringing out of town guests that don't drink a lot of beer, this can be a very cheap afternoon. Unfortunately, they pass out plastic cups for the brewery tour now so you can't bring your old pint glass and tokens and take the tour anymore.
