Had at Lancaster Brewery in PA.
A nice, balanced IPA with a robust, English-style hop structure and pungent, floral malt character.
Tastes of a toasted chickpea, brown sugar, and oak cubes. Also crisp and spicy. Dry and slightly sweet. Again, the balance is key, but it doesn't fit the style of an American IPA as well as it does an English IPA.
Nevertheless, the mouthfeel and finish are lacking. A bit dry and pungent through to the end.
