A - Pours dark cherry brown with a small foamy white head
S - Smells of sweet sticky malt, a little sourness
T - Taste is very mild malty sweetness with a tiny amount of bitter at the end
M - Creamy very drinkable
Poured from a growler I got 7 days ago from the brewery. Seems that 7 days may have been a little much? This seemed to have more sharpness to it last week but maybe ti was the food I was eating? Nice middle of the road sweet beer
Serving type: growler

Pours a deep amber color with about one finger of white fluffy head with good retention.
Then scent is of sweet caramel malt. Notes of sweet fruit also.
The taste is of toasted malt, sweet caramel presence and some fruit.
Medium body, very smooth, low carbonation.
This was tough to rate since it is categorized as an American Red Ale, which it doesn't really present itself as. In which case I thought it was a below average American Red Ale, but a very good Irish Red Ale.
Serving type: on-tap
