Poured sturdy into a pint glass.
A - Dark almost black body only allowing light on the very edges of the bottom of the glass. 2 finger foamy tan head.
S - Smells like yeasty dark bread and some roasted malts. Some acidic tang in the nose.
T - Roasty grains, some powdery chocolate, tangy on the back/sides of the tongue, a touch of malt and of course some dry coffee flavors. Dry hopped but mildly present.
M - Pretty smooth on the tongue up front. Tingly carbonation on the back end leaving the tongue a little fuzzy. Some dryness to this beer.
O - A nice choice for a stout. Plenty dark and flavorful. Medium body and a nice touch with the tangy/tingly kick.
