On tap at the Brewery in Lancaster. This beer has a very one-dimensional appeal and tastes like the strawberry version of Bud Light Golden Wheat.
A pinkish body with a watery presentation. Parched wheatberries, oak, and strawberries on the nose and mouth. Not bad, but nothing really special here. It is too watery for me to really draw a lot more flavor out of this.
I'm sure a few tweaks, like upping the ante on the yeast or hop structure and reducing the watered down taste would do wonders for this beer. As it is, it needs a lot of work.

Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12 oz bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance: The body has a deep reddish amber color with a small light tan head. The head is quick to fade out and makes no lacing at all.
Smell: It has a very mild cherry and berry like sweetness coming though a light white bready maltiness. Overall it reminds me of a store bought almond ring coffee cake.
Taste / Palate: The flavor has a light thin feel with a balance of mild fruit and wheat. It seems somewhat dry and slightly tart. This finishes with some very light hop bitterness.
