Pours a nice hazy copper color w reddish hue; with good carbonation; small frothy head. On the nose there is not much of anything going on only a slight hint of strawberry. Taste: high carbonation .very hard to taste any strawberry flavor what-so-ever, some graininess, soapy, slightly tart, very refreshing and easy drinking. Decent brew easy drinking. Im typically not a fruit beer drinker .I suppose this is a decent one though.

Nice head, reddish appearance. aroma is fruity; you know you're drinking strawberries here. this beer is smooth; creamy in the mouth. The strawberry flavor is there but not overpowering. the hefe base comes through, but is not over powering. This is one of the few beers I can stomach warm but best served chilled. the after-taste is almost crème. Reminds me of a strawberry cream soda but with the underlying hefe taste. For me the best fruit beer on the market -does not hold quality well, however. Bought some in August and by December it had lost it's flavor. So you can't stock up too much on your next trip to Lancaster Pa.

A: The beer is clear amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin off white head that quickly died down, leaving some lacing on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of wheat are present in the nose along with hints of raspberry syrup.
T: The taste is dominated by flavors of sweet raspberries, and tastes like a Jolly Rancher candy.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink but is too sweet to be refreshing. It tastes a lot like a candy.
