This place was a wonderful out of the way stop on my Philly brewery crawl. Once inside you see the bar to the left and the dining area to the right . I went right to the bar and ordered a sampler. This seemed like a cool hangout for the local 20 something crowd plus cool older folks. This wasn't as upscale as others I've been to, but this is what I like about it.

The selection was outstanding. The sampler contained 11 really good beers. They brought them out on this huge tray that looked like they one's you use to eat dinner in front of the television.

The service was also good. The bartender was very cool and offered up some knowledge on the brews at hand.

Overall, this was one of the coolest brewpubs I've been to. The beer was good. The service was good, but best of all, you could go in and enjoy a few craft brews with down to earth people. I always feel like these places are geared for the upper classes, but not this one. Anyone come and have a beer, just like it should be.

Visiting the restaurant at the brewery for lunch/dinner on a Sunday afternoon.

The atmosphere is cool, rustic/industrial, exposed brick and steel beams that appear to be original to the building. Also a bar area and a smal merch area behind the attendant stand, and I think there was a porch.

They had 14 beers on tap, and you can order a sampler of them all. All of their regulars, a few seasonals and specials. A wide variety of styles, so you could definitely find a style you like. However most of the beers were just "okay". Probably the Milk Stout and Hop Buggy were the tops.

Food was good - I had the Steak Frites, which was great. Service was good - only complaint is that our calamari appetizer came out to the table after our entrees.
