A - like many NE breweries with a pub on site, a big old factory building in downtown lancaster, very nicely appointed with copper-top tables, and the typical (not an insult) big wood beams and lofted areas above the brew kettles. Visited on a saturday early bird dinner...not too busy at that point of the day, and was full of families and 30 somethings (us). Good place to be on a cold january evening.
Q - the beers, while limited (they ran out of pilsner before I could try it) were much better than I expected, having only had the hop hog and milk stout from the bottle in the Philly area. Exceptionally better was the milk stout. After the Pilsner ran out, they only had 6 on tap, but one was a very good winter warmer.
S - Our server was attentive and accommodating, visiting the table appropriately frequently from beginning to end.
F - I had a lamb burger after sharing the mussells appetizer with the wife. The lamb was a bit underdone vs. my order, but still, VEY tasty. Our table of five each got something different, and all was good. not a morsel left over...
V - pricing was appropriate, it's by no means fine dining, but some of their secials and entrees were on the higher end, but beer prices and sandwiches were right on. I'd love to go back here again. It was actually better than I expected. If I had the wallett or hunger that day, I would have gotten the Kobe steak... I'll make it a point ot do so next time.

Visiting the restaurant at the brewery for lunch/dinner on a Sunday afternoon.
The atmosphere is cool, rustic/industrial, exposed brick and steel beams that appear to be original to the building. Also a bar area and a smal merch area behind the attendant stand, and I think there was a porch.
They had 14 beers on tap, and you can order a sampler of them all. All of their regulars, a few seasonals and specials. A wide variety of styles, so you could definitely find a style you like. However most of the beers were just "okay". Probably the Milk Stout and Hop Buggy were the tops.
Food was good - I had the Steak Frites, which was great. Service was good - only complaint is that our calamari appetizer came out to the table after our entrees.

Stopped by here for dinner and to try a few of their brews. Right off the bat, you'll notice their parking lot is pretty small and if it's full, you have to find on-street parking like we did, which we luckily found close by. Once inside, we were told about the parking across the street after we were seated. Some signage would've been nice. Oh well, nothing a few beers can't fix.
Our server was prompt, knowledgable and friendly. I defaulted to their IPA and was not disappointed. Not the greatest but certainly drinkable. The wife tried the lager and the daughter the Celtic Rose. The lager was decent but we all agreed that the Celtic was not what we expected.
Our food order was taken promptly, and we were served piping hot meals that were appealing to the eye and very tasty. We had two pizzas that were both very good and quite filling.
Overall we were pleased with the experience, enjoyed the food and atmosphere and would certainly return again.
