Appearance - Pale straw color minimal head, looks like most adjunct lagers.

Aroma - Not much of anything, a little corn maybe.

Taste - water... there really was barely any flavor.

Feel - smooth light watery.

Overall - There just isnt enought to write about to give this one a full review. Its water that gets you drunk.... and it did the job when a friend bought it last night. But thats all it did.

Light golden color, light mouthfeel, watery taste, needs a lime to be ok. More of a trendy beer to drink due to great marketing. Not much more to day about it.

Well you can spice it up with a lime on a hot summer day and its tolerable. Other than that, you get a weak ass yellow fizzy appearance, no head, no aroma, no taste.

Hops, malt, yeast? Never know there was any here. Lots of carbonation. The only flavor is that which you add. Plenty of water up in this.

Carbonated water that gets you dizzy. Frankly, quite flavourless, uneventful beer. I'd stay away from it unless I'm in the middle of the dessert and need to pour it on top of my head. Haha.

Corona Extra pours a bright golden color with no head. Skunky aroma. The taste is a bit skunky, sweeter and dry. Very flat body, very little carbonation. Overall, its barely drinkable.

this is one of the best mexican beers out there which tells you all you need to know about them...they're not very good. it's not worth the premium price you pay for it.

Don’t let this beer fool you with its appealing bottle and golden colour, because it’s just another adjunct. I don’t know if it’s cheaper in its native Mexico, but where I purchased it was double the price than any other beer, and not any better. It has a famous name and a nice bottle, and not much else.

This is an awful beer. Don’t buy it.

I'm just not a light beer guy. A lot of my friends love this one, so I tried it - with the lime, as they do. I have to say, it's not horrible by any means. It's just not my preference.

Uma cerveja barata, gosto super fraco, tipica lager porcaria comum. Deve ser servida o mais gelada possível e ainda sim é bem sonsa, sem carbonatação, sem espuma...

is Corona ever available on draft? doesn't really matter. what a terrible beer. even when I am too drunk to care about what I'm drinking, i'd still pass on a Corona.

Corn straw yellow in color. Smells of metalic twang and corn. It tastes like theres a penny in my mouth, like corn and blood. Mouthfeel is rather unpleasant, very light and leaves a twang aftertaste. Another adjunct import, that shouldn't be advertised as a premium product.

It's watered down beer, man. If this was 5x the strength, it might be decent. Who knows. People tend to review Corona as though it's on the tier of craft beer, but it's not, and it's not meant to be. Corona is made for, and marketed towards beer lightweights, and therefore shouldn't be held to the standards of the craft beers we all love. It's tolerable, whether or not you would seek it out. I sure as hell wouldn't, knowing that the price of a sixer of Pinner is around the same price, but, when offered one, I'll drink it. Nothing more, nothing less, Corona is the lazy man's beer, and considering it's meant to be such, it's great for that market.

Straw yellow with good clarity. There's a fingernail of eggshell white around the rim. I smell I get a faint whiff of Hallertau hops and skunkiness. I taste corn and the Hallertau hops I detect at the mid and back of the palate. The mouth is watery and a bit thin. Drink this cold.

Take away the lime wedges put into this beer and it is a relatively awful beer. Sure it is a decent beer on a hot summer day, but you shouldn't be drinking this other than on a hot summer day or on a sandy beach. Be sure to drink ice cold, as its awful if not cold.

Actually all thise who give it law score it is beacause they do not understand the purpose of thos Corona beer. It is not ontended to be German beer nor Belgian beer . This is an American beer / Mexican beer ( very similar to s Miller beer by the way wich I also like) .
The purpose this to eat food while drinking, seating best to the fire on a trail trek while drinking , when hot day, when fursty . Great with lemon .
LIghtness is the purpose. very light and well balanced beer . Not to heavy , not to complicated yet the very basic taste is vey very fine by me .
This is not intended to be an hoegaarden .

This is really really bad beer. The smell alone makes you wonder if they used bad water to begin with then add in expired GMO product. Its swill (and thats being generous). Id drink this as a last resort... actually, I'll just drink dirty pool water instead. Gross.

It may be some of the beers that is available at many places but it is lager beer and it is so light you can feel the taste for just 3 sec and especially when it is served without chill ... it better not to take it... it is good only with lime and chillness ....

The look smell and taste are that of water which has been sitting in a barrel with a rotten fish for several days. I would rather blend the label and drink that than this beer.

Grabbed a couple of cans from the discount beer cart at the local Kroger. Code on the bottom of the can is "R275B029," whatever that's supposed to mean -- assuming some kind of coded date-stamp.

Pours very pale yellow into the glass, and once inside it's still pretty pale yellow -- very clear, and with lots and lots of little bubbles rising up from the bottom. Kicks up a huge foamy head of good-sized bubbles when poured, filling up the entire glass but not quite to the point where an overflow would be a real possibility. Starts to shrink away immediately, but takes a while, slowing down as it gets to the point of a thick cap on top with a few lingering traces hanging on to the edges. The foam actually sticks around quite a while even after I've started drinking -- about a third of the way down the glass it's still very much present as a thin coating over the surface of the beer. Overall, looks pretty nice -- honestly one of the better-looking beers I've seen in the category of cheap/"macro" pale and adjunct lagers. Oddly, the second can didn't generate a huge head of foam like the first one did, and what was there faded into almost nothing very rapidly.

Smell is pretty faint, but present if you take a good sniff. What's there is grainy-bready, with maybe a faint whiff of some sort of musty grassiness hiding in the background? It's a beery smell. Not bad by any means, but nothing spectacular either. In the second glass, the smell is not quite as pleasant, there's a bit of a sort of sulfury smell mixed in there. Not strong enough to be off-putting, but still not as pleasant.

Flavor is similar to the smell, though I want to say it's maybe not quite as nice. Grain and breadiness with a faint bit of bitterness in the background every now and then. Maybe a little sweetish corn in there too, which is becoming more noticeable as I drink more, but not so much that it's off-putting. I wonder if these cans might be older than the bottle I had at a restaurant a while back, I remember being able to taste just a bit of grassy hops in that one and I'm not really getting that here at all.

Mouthfeel... it's very, very light (though thankfully not to "lite beer" extremes of watery lightness) and very, very easy to drink quickly. The lingering foam on the surface makes it feel pretty nice going down -- the second glass I'm having now is just a little more prickly-fizzy feeling than the first without that layer of foam on top smoothing things out. Would've given it a 3.5 or maybe even 3.75 for feel if it was consistent between the two cans/glasses.

Overall, not amazing... but also not even *close* to as bad as you'd think it would be going by the average score on here. It's a fairly average beer that's somehow gotten an undeserved reputation for being terrible, probably thanks to the "if it's not one of the best things I've ever tasted, it must be undrinkable garbage" crowd.

It's a cheap beer, good for someone on a budget. Otherwise look elsewhere. It tastes much better if you add a slice of lime, but good beer shouldn't require extra flavoring to be good.

Straw pour with thin white head which disappeared quickly; no cap, but good carbonation. Corn muffin nose. Dull corny taste. Thin watery mouthfeel. Overall, not much of anything here...beverage greatly enhanced by adding the lime wedge...

Drank from the clear bottle.
Hazy pee-yellow in color, and smells not too much better than it looks. I couldn't smell anything from it aside from it being a poor smelling beer. Decently carbonated, and not much a flavor. Not tasteless like some beers, but not so oddly enough, its taste reminds me of what I think it looks like might taste like.
In terms of what I like, it's not the worst cheap beer out there, but it is anything but good.

This beer is flavorful for a person who is not much of a beer drinker. As a graduate of sissy & light beers, I'd pimped this out with the traditional lime. Of course to my liking, a splash if bloody mary mix, but not necessary.

Any beer that needs salt, limes, sugar, etc... to make it taste decent is just not worth it in my opinion. This is definitely the bottom of the barrel when it comes to beer. This beer company has one hell of a sales and marketing department, which is the only positive thing I can say about Corona.

Pours clear yellow. Almost no head which disappears immediately. No lacing. Very little aroma. Smooth withour a very distinctive flavor. Easy drinking and refreshing. This beer is not too bad although it lacks character.
