Poured it into a pilsner glass.

A-Yellow straw color, high carbonation. The pour left a white bubbly head that dissipated quickly. No lace. No head. Goes flat after a few minutes.

S-Wheat,slightly sweet, no hops or malt that I could sense. Maybe a little lemon/citrus? Not much though.

T-Wet going in. The aftertaste is slightly bitter, with a dry quality. Hints of wheat, corn, and rice.

M-Nothing really. It's wet and it feels like soda water. High carbonation.

O-I give this beer an overall average rating because it is good while eating fish/street tacos at a Mexican restaurant. This beer is a great go-to beer if you do not like other Mexican brews. It is a novel idea to drink while traveling through Mexico just after exploring some Aztec ruins in the hot sun.
All in all, it is just another mass produced beer for mass consumption. Nothing special. It tastes best straight from the bottle on a hot and sunny day. If it is any consolation, this beer beats Corona in my opinion. Pacifico gets bad reviews, which I think is too bad. Because if you are thirsty and you feel like having a brew, it still does the trick. There are worst beers out there.

A 355ml bottle with a BB of May 2012. ABV is stated as 4.5%. Picked up dirt cheap from an off-licence.

Poured into a straight pint glass. A clear yellow colour with medium carbonation. Forms a small head of white foam that dissipates rapidly. Aroma of ultra-light malt with stewed corn and an unpleasant metallic twang. A subtle harshness in the background.

Tastes of exceptionally watery malt with faint hints of corn. Slightly sweet, with a whisper of stewed hops and a mild yet harsh bitterness. Quite dry. Mouthfeel is thin and watery, with tingly carbonation. Somewhat astringent - dries the palate. Aftertaste of stewed corn/veg/leaves and a harsh note.

Bad. Bland and with nasty flavours; I'd have to be pretty desperate to consider drinking this again, even in Mexico. Pacifico - just say no!

Poured from a bottle into a tumbler pint, the beer is a very pale, watery, yellowish coloring with no head whatsoever. Aromas of roasted corn and must. Flavors are sharp and astringent, with a roasty grain and buttery blend that is minimal and underwhelming given the body and feel of the brew. The aftertaste is tangy and astringent, with a sharp, rough finish. Not pleasant at all.

bottle poured into pint glass 2/5/12

A clear straw yellow with giant bubbles but little for head or lace

S slightly skunky, corny with soggy rice cake

T some sour vegatal notes and a little lemon on top of what I smell, not so great

M thin with lots of bubbles, thankfully it has a pretty clean finish

O pretty basic stuff much like many Mexican lagers I've tried

one of those beers where you pretty much know how its going to be before cracking the bottle. I'd drink it before Mexican tap water but not in many other situations, don't bother
