Poured from 12 oz bottle into shaker pint glass.
A: Pours a clear pale yellow with high carbonation producing a 2 inch white head that quickly recedes.
S: Soft citrus, wheat, and subtle spice. Fairly subdued.
T: Nice wheat, citrus, and spice (coriander, orange zest). Follows aroma, but enhances it.
M: Soft, oily feel, sweet. Light body.
D: A decent session beer. Nice in what it offers, but very straightforward.

appearance. A yellow pilsner color with a white half finger heard that starts to quickly disappear.

smell- a lemon/ wheat like smell. It kind of smells like an IPA which scares me before I taste it because I'm not an IPA fan. the smell kind of grows on you though. it is kind of refreshing.

taste- wow this surprised me. I didn't really know what to expect but this is great. It starts off with no flavor but then as it finishes it finishes an awesome lemon flavor. It is super light and a great session beer taste. This would be a spectacular summer beer. it's just got that summer vibe to it. The more sips I take the better it tastes.

mouth feel.- the mouth feel is great. smooth with the right amount of carbonation.

I normally do not try wheat beers and I was not going to buy this but God am I glad i did. This is a really terrific beer. I honestly think this beer is underrated on this site. This is defiantly one of my new favorite beers and I will definitely buy again and recommend to everyone.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Very minimal white head, gone within seconds. Very little lacing. Light straw, yellow hue, slightly hazy.

Citrus, pine, floral on the nose. Bready malt rounding it off.

Good carbonation up front on the tongue...bitter, salty, grassy hops. Then a punch of sweetness in the middle...nectar agave comes to mind. Rounded off with grapefruit and a dry peppery finish.

All in all a very good wheat, not great but very good. Flavorful but not heavy, plenty of nuances but not overbearing. I'd drink this again and probably while I'm fishing...it has a great fishing label that's as cool as this beer is good.

I received a bottle from my brother at Christmas, so this bottle was near the 8 week mark. Poured into a standard pint and warmed to about 45º.

A=Appealing rich, golden yellow...bright white head that reached two fingers and lasted for over a minute.

S=Lemon, but more sweet than sour...also some hops/herbal presence.

T=Sour at first--rather citrusy, like a shandy--orange zest and lemon zest--wheat flavor was not apparent, but the absence of barley malt was...very lightly hopped. Taste improved at halfway point/50º to more of a standard ale.

M=Rather low carbonation and moderately low body...would serve as a session beer on hotter days, once you get used to the sourness.

O=I think this would pair well with a summer barbecue chicken more than a stand alone beer. I would likely purchase on tap if eating with a tangy barbecue chicken.

Sampling right now on 2/22/14 though it has been about 3 years since I had one of these. Bottled chilled down to 36 degrees F in my beer cooler and poured into a pilsner pint glass.

Pours a golden yellow in color with close to a finger of a white head that settles down to a thin layer on top. Some spotty lacing is seen with each sip. The aroma is of wheat with some citrus, maybe lemon. The taste is about the same with a perfect wheat flavor with some citrus peel for the finish with a light taste of honey also. Very smooth and goes down easy with no bitter aftertaste at all. Perfect carbonation. Great year-around brew.
