I received a bottle from my brother at Christmas, so this bottle was near the 8 week mark. Poured into a standard pint and warmed to about 45º.
A=Appealing rich, golden yellow...bright white head that reached two fingers and lasted for over a minute.
S=Lemon, but more sweet than sour...also some hops/herbal presence.
T=Sour at first--rather citrusy, like a shandy--orange zest and lemon zest--wheat flavor was not apparent, but the absence of barley malt was...very lightly hopped. Taste improved at halfway point/50º to more of a standard ale.
M=Rather low carbonation and moderately low body...would serve as a session beer on hotter days, once you get used to the sourness.
O=I think this would pair well with a summer barbecue chicken more than a stand alone beer. I would likely purchase on tap if eating with a tangy barbecue chicken.

Appearance- Pours a two finger white head. Very carbonated. Color is bright yellow/gold like a adjunct lager.
Aroma- Not much here besides wheat and a little sweetness from the hops.
Taste-At the front some citrus hop and wheat are present. As it sits on the tongue some grain and bready malt shows up.
Mouthfeel- Clean and crisp. Light bodied
Overall- A solid beer that's perfect for the summer.
