08/10/09- On tap at the brewery.

Presentation- Via the tap into a standard pint glass.

Appearance- Pale golden colored pour. 1/4 inch quickly fading head with some watery lace lines.

Smell- Decent hoppy aroma as well as some fairly strong malty notes. A touch of cardboard noticed.

Taste- Really no real hop flavor. A touch of light pine and mostly loaded up on a weak and light malty flavor with some carboard hints.

Mouthfeel- Kinda of spritzy and selzery carbonation feel. No real aftertaste.

Drinkability- Maybe my least liked effort from Big Sky...no need to brew this one again.

Serving type: on-tap

On tap at the brewery in August 2009. Reviewed from notes.

Pour brigs out a pale creamy yellow body with a pretty good sized white head. Nose is pretty decent with some floral and pine hops as well as a bit of grain. Taste is a bit bitter and slightly sweet. Some hop presence but not too much else. Feel is light and nice; a good summer beer. Drinks quite well and could be a nice lawnmower beer.
