A - Tall, creamy tan head. Body is a hazy dark brown.
S - Sweetness from barley is most noticable. Light detection of esters, but not much. Practically no hop presence.
T - Very mellow compilation of malted sweetness, with accentuating phenols backed by alcohol on the finish. Very moderate leves of ester are present, but don't comprise or stand out in the palate. Very tame bitterness; faint hop character.
M - Very welcomed cream texture with high carbonation levels. Warming from ABV is evident, but not unwelcomed.
D - Nothing unexpected, everything expected per style.
Everything you'd want in a Belgian Strong Dark Ale, from a small Belgian brewery.
