Brilliant brown and amber, with a great deal of suspended particulates floating throughout. A thin white ring of head sits atop this beer, serving as a magnet for tiny bubbles of carbonation rising to the top.
The nose is heavily yeasty, smelling (not surprisingly) like a good brewery or bakery where bread is being proofed.
Caramel and brown sugar flavors come to the fore as it comes to temperature.
Exceptionally light on the tongue, and a bit malty sweet, with crisp mouthfeel, this is a really easy drinking beer, but at 9.5%, not a sessioner.
