From the 750ml bottle, caged and corked, with the cool label featuring a snail and a dude with snail shell for a helmet. The color is an extremely pale yellow. The white head is frothy and creamy, three fingers forming a firm cap on top that sticks around forever--so much carbonation I could barely pour the freaking thing, even with a careful pour. A substantial amount of sediment hangs suspended in the liquid.

The aroma is rife with citrus, very lemony and zesty, corriander, grain, and strongly floral--lilac maybe--flowers nonetheless. Also a hint of Lysol or Lemon Pledge makes an appearance.

The flaovr consists of strong citrus, wheat and other sweeter grain, subtle corriander and a little pepper and clove, along with the character of sparkling white grape juice, and plenty of yeasty-ness.

The mouth is light, with mucho carbonation and lot of zesty and complex personality, and has a natural, fruity sugar finish. It's very drinkable, though may be too sweet for some palates. Exceedingly enjoyable.

Poured into my tulip at Novare Res. Ordered as part of my uprising.

The beer is pale with a dense white head. The head slowly fades with a nice sheet across the top and more dense bubbles at the edges.

The nose is almost tart as a slight brett nose. While the notes of a typical wit come in, yeasty, spicy it is the brett character that peaks my interest.

The taste is an average wit, sweet yeasty and dry, however the brett funky and slight tart flavor make it shine, very nice.

Hazy yellow color with a thick four finger head with great retention and leaving laces.
Slightly sour aroma, like a light Lambic, with lemon notes and a hint of coriander.
Refreshing and tart Wit, with predominant notes of lemon, hints coriander and light condimented. I could swear there is some Bretta or lactic in there. Mildly dry and acid aftertaste.
Light body with good carbonation and an acid sensation.
Delicious Witbier, very refreshing and light but far from boring. Almost funky. Worth trying.

Appearance: Cloudy; pear colored body with a good-sized head

Aroma: Citrusy notes (lemon); slightly hoppy

Taste: Tart on the start; tangy lemon hit in the mid; finishes slightly dry; ok beer overall, but not my favorite. Not much of a beer flavor.

Remarks: Did not score A, T, S, M at that time; disregard those scores
