poured from the 750 into a nice large glass with ample space for the enourmous frothy cappuccino like head. beer is a crystal-clear golden colour, absolutley no haze
aroma is peaches, spices, and yeast. faint and quaint.
taste is spot on. it's really subtle and kind of builds up after a few moments. sort of a peaches and cream flavour, very mild hop bitterness and sweetness that feels like it came from honeysuckle flowers. certain yeasty spiciness to it characteristic of the style, and not burdensome tasting at all, much like many belgians i have. the aftertaste reminds me of pancakes somehow, like really good maple syrup and nutmeg. entirely delicious. i do wish that the taste were a bit more, upfront, like, notched up in power about 10%, but, well, beer is subtle like that sometimes. very ephemeral.
mouthfeel is spritzy and smooth. i could drink this all day long.
super tasty brew, i wasn't really expecting to enjoy it so much as i'm not the biggest fan of this style, but, this one surprised me. that snail is way cool.

Hazy amber golden color with a two finger thick head with good retention.
Aroma of banana and pineapple, mint, Belgian yeast slightly funky, lemon, figs, honey and bread.
Refreshing and spicy flavor, notes of pineapples, Belgian yeast, pear, Cointreau liquor, apple puree, floral hops, coriander and a hint of champagne tartness. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Medium body with effervescent carbonation. Alcohol of 7.5% abv is well disguised.
As its sister, Caracole Ambree, it is a unique and interesting beer, though this one is heavily condimented. Nice brew.
