Another beer that I had for the first time at EPCOT's 2009 Food & Wine Festival. I immediately bought a 6 pack when I got home, wanting to have a few more.
A - Amber/Copper coloring, with a creamy 2 inch head from the pour. Not much lacing on the glass
S - Roasted malt and bread, and an almost cider like aroma off the pour - anyone else notice this?
T - Similiar to the smell, a smooth malt/biscuit flavor with a little hop bite at the end. Not a heavy beer, but it has a nice richness as it warms, probably started this one a little to cold.
M - Good carbonation, light-medium body
D - I really enjoyed this and went back for a few when I was at Walt Disney World for the day. I enjoyed having this, and although I do like Sam Adams, this might be my choice for my Oktoberfest beer from now on.
