Consumed from bottled; poured to a tulip glass.
Very nice farmhouse style saison. Pleasant and well balanced with a bright tart note to the beer. I was impressed by this offering from CB, as they do not regularly do Belgian Beers.
I would definitely get this beer again.

3/13....pours light gold, white foam, fully flecked with particles suspended in the liquid. Maybe i let this sit a little too long. Almost polka dotted. Light yeasty nose. Wheats. Taste is a funky citrus yeasty flavor. Light earthy bitter in the very end. Saison blended with a witbier.

On tap sample at CB Craft Brewers in Honeoye Falls, NY.
This one was a huge miss, ugh.
Pours a golden yellow, with no head or lacing.
Smells like some mild citrus fruit, mold, urine and old feet. Not kidding.
This one, as said before, just didn't work. Tasted old, moldy, musty. Some citrus, I guess, and a lot of Belgian yeast- they went overboard with it. I could barely finish my 4 oz sample.
Light bodied, slow sipper because of how bad it was. Low carbonation.
A big miss on this one. They can do better than this, I've had amazing beers from CB's.
