Golden redish/orange body with a thin head which dissipates quickly into a non existent film. Loads of visible carbonation.
Aroma is initially quite weak. Barely any hops detectable. Some caramel malts. After it warms a bit an Earthy quality develops, almost like a fine cheese with a horse stable like element to the nose. Interesting.
Flavor of roasted grains make way to a wash of bitter hops. Faints of sweet & smooth dark malt hide in the shadows of the hops. Hints of orange citrus.

No hop no head no color... No bueno. If they had spent half the time they did on the label brewing... maybe this would taste better than over priced Coor's Light. I am disappointed because their toasted lager is one of my favorites. Maybe I was just expecting too much or this is an enter level IPA if there is asuch a thing.
