This beer poured a copper color with a two finger high off-white head. The lacing was thick and stuck to everything. The initial smell of the beer was a bit odd. I picked up the light citrus hops, but the malt seemed a bit strange. The initial taste of the beer was of the light citrus hops, which paved the way again to the odd malt flavor. The brew had a slight bitterness to it with a medium body and medium carbonation.
This seemed like it was going to bee a decent beer, however it was rather a downer due to some of the flavors I was picking up. I'm not sure if the brew was not a great batch, will have to try this again, but this time from a bottle.
