Light honeyed amber color, with just a touch of haze. The head is modest at best then fades towards the edges as it leaves moderate lacing.
Caramel corn aroma, backed with toasted nuts and granola. Some earthy hops can be teased out with concentration.
It carries that same honeyed granola notion into the mouth. It grows huskier with grain and almonds. Hop show up with a bit more gumption, adding lemon oil and wintergreen, along with a herbal bitterness.
Carbonation is on the high side and stays the course. It washes out any attempt for malts to fill out the mouthfeel, but the ensuing lightness makes this a candidate for quaffing.
